Context

JB Service operates across four French departments for premium cleaning, disinfection and restoration: sofa, mattress and rug cleaning, end-of-construction sites, buildings and professional spaces. Excel sheets, paper schedules, sales follow-up from memory, piloting was becoming impossible as the business grew. Meanwhile, the partner network was growing, with no system to coordinate jobs.

Booking module replacing Calendly, unified sales follow-up, owner dashboard, automated communications. Full partner system with a slot calendar configured per service type, automatic assignment, mission tracking. All in KMT Pilot, with role-based access.
