QR codes, public landings, zone-based campaigns, post-review wheel for Google reviews. Complete tooling to capture, retain and reactivate a local customer base.

Context

Neighborhood businesses lose revenue for lack of prospecting tools. Fragmented customer base, ad-hoc local campaigns, limited visibility on what works. Tappy fills that gap by industrializing local prospecting and base activation.

Challenge

Design a platform covering the full local chain: capture customers in store via QR code, qualify the base, schedule zone-targeted campaigns, trigger Google reviews after purchase. All connected in real time for the merchant.

Solution

A complete back-office to run campaigns, per-location QR codes, branded landings per merchant and prospecting zones. A frictionless end customer journey with a configurable post-review wheel. Real-time synchronization through Supabase Realtime.

Results

Platform deployed at a pilot business for the MVP in April 2026. Modules now activatable for any KMT Pilot client. Roadmap extending into AI campaign generation and multi-zone cartographic prospecting.
