The automotive assistance market remains fragmented. Uncertain timelines, vague quotes, no visibility on the technician. The project brings a modern, clear, trackable experience comparable to mobility marketplaces.
Challenge
Build a complete and modular ecosystem covering urgency, garage-to-garage transport and towing, without complicating the customer interface. Designed to scale from local to national, then international.
Solution
Monorepo architecture with decoupled customer and technician apps, admin dashboard integrated into KMT Pilot. Business modules configurable in database, Vercel deployment, Supabase for data and real-time.
Results
Customer MVP-1 shipped early May 2026. Technician onboarding and admin dashboard in progress. Progressive rollout planned city by city.
