Context
A health professional wanted to break out of the clinical, characterless practitioner sites and take back ownership of her communication. She produces a lot of short-form videos and was publishing manually across four different networks.
Challenge
Design an editorial site that owns a personal voice, without falling into typical practitioner-site clichés. And industrialize her multi-network publishing so she stays focused on her craft, not on uploading.
Solution
Custom editorial site with revamped hero, editorial chapter, FAQ, tones and colors aligned with her brand. In parallel, KMT Pilot multi-network module: she writes once, schedules, and the tool publishes to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook. Incoming forms from the site also flow into KMT Pilot.
Results
Site in production with V2 iterated early May 2026. Her entire communication is now run from one tool, forms included. She cut her publishing time by five.
