GestHome73 manages chalets in Savoie. They wanted to industrialize prospecting: spotting properties, qualifying owners, tracking the sales conversation.
Challenge
Build a lightweight cartographic prospecting module integrated into KMT Pilot, deployable quickly without complicating the rest of the platform.
Solution
Chalet Prospecting page with mapped property database, owner profiles, conversation status and team notes. Activated only for this client through the per-client feature system.
Results
Chalet Prospecting page live in production end of April 2026. The concierge has a tool tailored to its activity, paying nothing for unused modules.
